ATEV-MM-DC1000V Fast-acting Fuse For New Energy DC Protection

This series of fuses are suitable for circuits with a DC rated voltage of up to 1000V and a rated current of up to 400A. They are used as short-circuit and overload protection for electric vehicle drive power systems, power conversion systems, energy storage and power systems, frequency converters, charging piles, and other automotive devices and equipment. The rated breaking capacity is up to 50kA. The products comply with the provisions of the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60269-7.

Normal working conditions

The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed 75℃; the lower limit of ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -40℃; the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 3500m (if it exceeds this value, the requirements shall be specified, and our company can design and develop according to customer requirements), and the relative air humidity shall not exceed 90%.

Structural features

The variable cross-section melt made of silver sheet is encapsulated in a high-strength ceramic melting tube, which is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials as arc extinguishing media, and the two ends of the melt are firmly electrically connected to the contacts by spot welding.
